If you just specify the criteria you need...then you typically will recieve
only that...however, you might get a phone call from an alert CAM department
asking if you left criteria off the package

You might specify;

1) Solder mask top side only
2) Bare copper finish (specifying the area where this is applicable)
3) etc etc etc

I would be worried though that the copper will imediately begin oxidizing
and soon affect the signal strength. We make similar product for a local
company, we apply an electroless silver coating which enhances the signal
and provides excellent protection for the copper...might be something to
consider.
