Hi all,
Anyone recommend how to input Wave Soldering SM design in the www.IPC.org 782 Calculator?
IPC-SM-782 refers to wave design for SOT23 by adding 0.2mm to Z dimension.
Is there a generic IPC wave design standard that I can reference?
Thanks in advance,
Moss

Jim,

IPC SM-782 is the right place to go.
