Amen to that brother!
Leland, a conformal coating seals in as well as out. Just because it cannot
move - like rust on a car - doesn't mean that it won't cause problems - what
happens to the paint you apply over a rusty car?...and you are talking about
the stuff you can see, what about the dross residues you cannot see?
