That is why COMMUNICATION is a must...

Knowing the end use of the product, it's intended function, environment,
proposed life in the field, etc...I would certainly make appropriate
adjustments to process parameters and acceptance criteria

It is important for everyone to share information...or at the least, the
designer/customer really think things over and incorporate into the design,
requirements or criteria that are necessary to achieve the desired
function...
