Those are quite standard notes...typically when we recieve data from a
customer (we're a fabricator) that does not contain specific requirements we
do apply IPC 6012 / IPC A 600, class II, current revision...to all
confirmation documents, this becomes part of the PO at that time...

This resolves the issue of "what do we build to?" as well as communicates to
those customers that there is indeed requirements out there they too can
purchase to, and inspect to...

Hmmm...wonder if I can write a book too..."PCB Fabrication for Dummies"
