        Alex:
Electro Static Discharge ( ESD) is a miniature lightening that could
be up to 20,000 volts high. It is said that lightening does not hit the same
place twice, but when, in the case of a board, it affects the same part, it
could completely demolish what it did not do the first time. So It could be
accumulative.
        Regards,
        Ramon
