Technet,

Can anyone share their current procedure in handling left-over SMT adhesive
in the cartridge? What would be the preferred process for handling and
storage the adhesive for later uses?

We currently discard any left-over adhesive on the line after the build. As
for the unused adhesive remained in the cartridge, we were informed by the
supplier (Loctite) either to consume it within a max. of 10 days or return
it right back to the fridge. In that case I am concerned with the impact of
repeated refrigeration has on the adhesive shelve life.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Rgds,
Peter
