You might recieve numerous ambiguous replies to that question as it's all
relative to the environment the board(s) has\have been subjected to.

With bare boards stored in reasonable controlled environment I would say at
100F (yes F) a couple hours would suffice, as those are populated boards,
perhaps they've been in storage (prior to population) as well as cleaning
processes (moisture, steam, etc...) then the number may be as high as 24 -
48 hours...

While the temperature may be below boiling, what you are trying to apply to
the board is "energy" in the form of heat... 1,000F for 30 may (not stating
a formula here, just an example) have the same energy as 100F for 2
hours...but with the 100F for 2 hours, the components won't dissolve away...
