You are looking for something that is compatible with ADP.  How
about ADP, we have used their Total Time system for years.  ADP
supplies the time clock with assigned badges.  Employees badge in a
badge out, same a punch in and out and the data is downloaded into
ADP’s software and you can get pretty much anything you want from
that data, and custom job tracking is easily programmed in by you if
you need it.

Your ADP rep should be able to tell you about this.
