Interpolate. The 20MPa is well within the measured range. However, I agree with Jean Paul that the NCMS data should be used mainly in
a comparative manner.
I believe there are not enough data for modelling the deformation behaviour (or the deep understanding) that allow direct comparison to data from other test setups. Looking at the data of NPL on their homepage I even saw that the shear axis is assigned with rad which implies a torsion test that has it's problems in comparing the data with a single lap shear setup again
