I can't recommend a specific book that covers everything, but the
bookreviews on www.smtinfocus.com might be helpfull to you. For
troubleshooting the IPC-S-816  "SMT process guideline and checklist" is
very usefull. For DFM I suggest you have a look on the DFM-page of my
website www.smtinfo.net, which has links to several DFM-related
documents including a E-book and some free checklists by Earl Moon.
By the way, I don't see why it should not be allowed to mention
specific titles on this forum.
