If it's manufactured to UL, the UL file
http://database.ul.com/cgi-bin/XYV/template/LISEXT/1FRAME/index.htm
contains a description/image of the compoanies approved logo. The problem
with this is that you need to know the comany name first.
If it's a UK company I may be able to tell you whose the mark is.
