Yes there is some concern about the FR-4 material...they should be halogen
free because de EU whant to eliminate all halogenated flame retardant for
2004, and some studies show that a FR-4 with a Tg of 170°C are ok.  the PCB
FR-4 halogen free are available but I think it's 1.3x the price of FR-4
standar...but not quiet sure about that.

Everything on Lead Free so far has been focusing on the solder and the board
finishes. Is there any concern with the FR-4 material and TG of exposure to
the higher processing temps for Lead Free?
