That is very strange.  Normally, the mounding compound MUST pass the
ionic extraction test for each lot.  Any extractable ionics normally get
caught, particularly, when you qualify a new formulation.   Something is
not add-up.... By knowing Sumitomo, they are very commited to quality.
It shouldn't happen.  But as you mentioned, it did happen, This is very
serious.... Normally you use one moulding compound for many parts...Not
something you want to think about on Friday... ;-(
