I see WernerEnglemaier is already on this one before I got back to it,
which is GREAT!!

I haven't asked G.Grossmann or Aherns for sure yet this data appears
to come from a 1999 CD from the NCMS National Center for Manufacturing
Sciences Lead Free Solder Project. I.E. Reference 2 in Gunter's Report
