We have a qualified product based on using GBN board material per
MIL-P-13949. Upon investigating IPC-4101 I notice that /22 is NEMA
G-11 - GB (no reference to 13949) and that /21 is MIL-S-13949/04 -
GF/GFN/GFK. The issue I have is that GB has a much higher temperature
range than GF.
My question is what is the current material spec that corresponds to
the original 13949 GBN?
Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
Jim
