A little more research did turn up "Proof of Tracking Index" , so close enough. Thanks.
Either name is okay, Russell is easier to write in Chinese so used here more.

The only suitable listing I can find for PTI is Payload Type Identifier, which refers mainly to programing.
I believe this means 250 volt current rating to the traces, but the head engineer here is uncertain.
Does someone know this reference?
