Hello Folks!
A question for someone with knowledge of PWB laminant materials. I'm
sure IPC-4101 would tell me, but I don't have it.
If I've ordered material per IPC-4101/40, and have received material
per IPC-4101/41, is the /41 material:
a) the same material but tested to a higher standard?
b) better than but a different material?
c) worse than?
d) some combination of these?
I know the /40 is a polyimide material, I don't know what a /41 is.
Thanks!
regards,
