Honorable Technet Members,

A weekend puzzle;
From a customer spec;
2.  MATERIAL: BASE MATERIAL IS ENMAL-1, GRADE 4, COLOR GREEN, 0.039" NOMINAL THICKNESS. COPPER CLADDING SHALL BE 1.0 Oz.

We are not familiar with this material, and searches have not turned up anything.
In a later item;
6. PCB MUST BE MADE OF US RECOGNIZED MATERIAL ...

Does someone have experience with this type, "ENMAL-1", or know what we should be looking for?
It does not deem to be a misspelling, the rest of the specs read well.
