Hi

If WernerE and some others like WE have the time they can probably
comment better than me. WernerE I am sure will also help you for a fee.
If you have a chance to go to some IEEE-Reliability meetings you might
also consider presenting your interesting problem.

What caused the failure first, and what reliability level do you
want comes to mind as questions as well as competitiveness.

I agree that with LeadFree, particularly with the way it has been
rolling out like the Wild West, you wanted to get started early
with a plan for how to improve "YOUR Product"'s reliability to where
you want it, making money with financial folks excited.
