Hi

I would say yes and no, and you should probably check with your
colleagues and competitors. Read my note under the Telecommunications
subject where I am trying to find the same thing you are trying to
find for Medical Equipment.

Mostly these are consumer or small business related directives
since today that causes most of the uncontrolled waste problems
and is easiest to legislate (due to politics)

Yet the components will be changing, since they appeal to larger
quantities that are driven by consumer products so even if we
aren't specified specifically we may need to change. This is why
the military in all countries are very interested.
