IPC E-mail forum users:

We have been experiencing some bandwidth problems on our end so your
mail may be delayed or may have been rejected in the last 24 hours. We
did have to restart our Listeserv server around 4:00 PM CDT yesterday
the 13th, which resulted in bouncebacks for mail addressed to
[log in to unmask]

We are working on the problem and hope to have it resolved shortly.
