Hi Dave,
I guess, a 'soliloguy' is a guy who talks to himself in a soliloquy.
On the other hand, what the bureaucrats in Brussels wrought is worthy of any
dyed-in-the-wool 'Schildbürger'. Now for those of you who did not grow up
speaking German, a 'Schildbürger' is a citizen of the town of Schilda in Germany,
famous for its common sense solutions. One such solution deals with their new
city hall, in the construction of which the need for windows was overlooked.
Thus, to solve their dilema of having a pitch-black city hall, the citizens of
Schilda came upon a solution--they wove baskets, put them in the sun, and then
simply carried the caught sunlight into city hall. Simple, heh!
Of course, now Schilda is empty, because all the Schildbürger moved to
Brussels to save the environment from lead-bearing solder.
