I trying to get some clarification on the matter of marking wires, permanent
marking that is.

This spec calls for a rub test with an eraser that meet the requirement
ZZ-E-661.  Can anyone
tell me what kind of ereaser that is?  We need to be compliant to that spec
and we can't agree
on the how exactly the marking should be tested.  In the spec, it is said to
apply the maximum
pressure possible on the eraser when performing the rub test... What is
maximum pressure?  One
could apply a pressure and another Hulk could apply a completely different
pressure... 

Can anyone help???  Bring some light???
