Operating temperature of PCB

Hello techies,
We have a PCB that is subjected to high temperature during normal operation
of the product (Power converter).
- There is a heat-sink mounted directly on the PCB on the top side.
- The Dimension of the PCB is : 8" X 3". The heat-sink dim. is : 2" X 4" .
- There is mostly copper planes in the heat-sink  area of the PCB .
- The temperature is measured at the bottom side of the PCB and the worst
case temperature is 110C (around 245F) .
- It is a 6 layer PCB thickness of 0.062" .We are using a high temp FR4 .

Are there any chances of degradation of the PCB over time at these
temperature.
Any reliability issues to adress
Is 175C Tg sufficient .
