You can find the wave solder footprint by going to the chip manufacturers
website. They will have a PDF file with both SMT and wave solder pad
layouts.

Do you know the minimum space  between 0603 SMD devices at the solder side?
We would like to avoid the soder defects in the wave solder process for a
double side board.
