Hi Wee Mei,

There is plenty of companies that are going down and therefore it is
possible to purchase equipment or a full company equipment for little money.

When you say simple and quick Prototypes 2 - 4 layers .. what is the
frequency ? quantities? one proto every week or 5 different protos a day?
Line / Spacing required?

In which country ? Is there knowledgeable employees? What about
restrictions?

There is many different possible approaches, the cheapest is definitely to
use an existing manufacturer unless you have problems for importing PCBs..
if there is no local manufacturers.

Today, there is a wide array of possibilities.. you need to be more precise.

Very Best Regards - Roland
