Guys,
It is Friday and everything is down to the tube.... My wirebonder (K&S
1470 aluminum wedge) got jammed in y-direction....(move to the center
line and would not travel to the front any more).  Swaped control card
and motor cable, without any luck.  (hopefully, it is not the motor
went....but it appear to be moving OK)....  Any of your experienced
repair guy guru out there can give me a clue?  It drive me nuts
here....May be some repair lady can do some magic touch?
