Sprague Electric used to have a range of leakproof, epoxy-sealed Al
elcos. However, I think they are now out of business. Note that
halogen-activated fluxes can also be fatal to elcos. At the worst, a dip
into solvent-free epoxy resin before assembly should do the trick. There
is a problem with epoxy sealed types; there is no escape route for a
build up of pressure, in the event of an electrical leak: big bang possible.
