Two documents that I am familiar with are:
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness
Assemblies, and
NASA-STD-8739.4 Crimping, Interconnecting Cables, Harnesses, and Wiring
The world of RF is often referred to as "black magic" and doesn't have a lot
of "workmanship standards" defining in particular what is acceptable and
what is not. Typically, the use of common sense and best practices will
promote a good reliable product that will provide repeatable results and
electrical performance even in the GHz range. Good luck...

Is there a IPC specifications on RF Cables? I need it in the
course of my work and would appreciate if any one can direct me to it
(full title and description).
