hi mike the art work you require is one I use to make for myself as I could
noy buy anywhere. if you are going down to 1 mil lines then I may suggest
glass or silver film on 4 mil stock. typical phototools used for PCB
manufaturing are to thick to do 1  or even 2 mill lines and spaces. I would
recomend you make your own with lines and spaces in alternating angles, this
will test the etch plate combination.
