According IPC-610C Parg. 5.2.7 its per class 1, 2 and 3.

Minimum  vrtical length is 3.3mm (not include the bending radius and
shoulders).  If the component is heat dissipating, you may need space
between the PCB to the component body of minimum 1.5mm (total 4.8mm lead
length)

with a 2.5mm tick PCB, what is the minimun lenght of a THT component pin?
