The PCB house says their filters were not up to snuff and resulted in
deposits being left behind on the boards which resulted in the Gold
adhering to the deposits.  The deposits are firmly adhered to the mask.
using mask pull test tape.. Only minite amounts could be removed from the
boards and thats after aggresively rubbing the area.  IPA did nothing.
