Is the mix rate staying the same? Is the viscousity of both materials the
same? Perhaps after three days you have a problem with pulling both parts
of the mix equally.
Have you tried mixing unequal parts to see what happens?

Do you need an optically clear coating? Or is "clear" the preferred
cosmetic requirement?
