No I would not use sr1000 if I possible could  as a pcb manufacturer.
possibly i would use it as a filler for filed vias but there are new oven
cured masks I like better. however the new Photo imagble solder mask is very
good, much harder then sr1000 and features higher dialectric.

If you specify a extra UV curing cycle ( check with manufacturer first)but a
uv cure realy creates a hard durable mask. with fine edge detail and no surface
contamination.
