Your process seems illogical to me or I missed something? It should be like this: The stockroom received the moisture sensitive devices(MSD) in sealed moisture barrier bag(MBB). During job kitting the stock operator may open a MBB, take out the quantity needed and put them in another MBB, and then seal both MBBs immediately. Production get all the MSDs in MBBs which they only open before job setup. The practice that the stockroom sending MSDs in loose packaging to production floor is unacceptable.
