From my experience with Valor it is a powerful tool and very useful.
Some of my concern is that it requires some "tweaking" (modifying the
ERF files) to make sure you are catching items per you or your customers
design and quality requirements.
This "tweaking" can take several weeks to fine tune the software to
catch some of the design issues that will impact you and your process.
So do not rely on the default settings to catch all your defects.
Classification of your defects (Green, Yellow and Red) will also need
to be redefined for your applications.

We as an EMS are currently looking at the Valor Trilogy 5000 software
package. We have recently had the sales pitch and the next step is to
start evaluating and comparing results to our current abilities and of
course evaluation of the return in investment (ROI).
I am looking for any opinions on this package ( good or bad). Any
constructive comments would be appreciated.
