Hi Ofer,
'Tis a pity you do not have a lab; however...., I take it you have a desk and
a screwdriver [not too large] and..... I take it you can sacrifice every so
often one of the components so cheaply acquired by your purchasing department
[who runs your company anyway?] together with one of your, I am sure also
cheaply procured, circuit boards, run an assembly test, and pry off [use your
'calibrated' hands with the not-too-large 'calibrated' screwdriver]. The force this
takes is immaterial, what is important is the resulting failure mode(s). If
the separation is interfacial cleanly between the soldering pads and the solder
balls =>REJECT, if the soldering pads a ripped of the PCB [or the compentent]
=>ACCEPT.
