We recycle any scrap we have, also, our customers send us on occasion their
scrapped product for recycling...

During this recycling, the solder (Sn/Pb) coating is stripped off, I think
they try to reclaim the copper as well, and the laminate and mask are made
inert then sent to a company that makes industrial fuel out of the...mess...

The cost to have this "disposed "of" this manner is offset by the
reclaim/recovery cost (tin lead and gold) so we're usually not out any
money...maybe a few buscks here and there.

Also, saves on tons of TNRCC and EPA paperwork...
