If he wants to come back, why doesn't he come back?
Why do you need a poll?
Anyone can join, right?
Does he need encouragement or something?
Should we all sign a card or something?

Just so newer people don't get a wrong impression, Paul was not asked to
leave by TechNet members or IPC staff. He left because his job was taking
him in new directions.
