As others have said the CRX-2000 is not an inline system.
I had one at a previous job and it was a great analysis and process
development tool.  Capability depends on the x-ray tube as there were
several options and the machine configuration should match the end use.
There are some automated bga inspection routines in the software, and
depending on revision, they can be somewhat useful, but not if the board has
components on the opposite side.

Apparently this is not what you are looking for.
