        It also goes for the resoldering as well. It is a good practice to
solder, if the component is a connector, one pad at one end  and one in the
middle, and move in the same direction, or solder every three pads to avoid
over heating  one area too much. The tips specially the extraction tips must
be free of corrosion for faster heat transfer.
