Based on my copy of MIL-STD 2000 (remember that one), Section 4.18.3:

MIL-P-28809 - Beckman: 10.06 ug NaCl / sq. in.
MIL-P-28809 - Markson: 10.06 ug NaCl / sq. in.
Omegameter: 14 ug NaCl / sq. in.
Ionograph: 20 ug NaCl / sq. in.
Ion Chaser: 32 ug NaCl / sq. in.

I would like to know what is the limit level for board cleanliness, if
using  Ionograph. I remember the limit level for using Omegameter is 14,
but can't remember what unit.

Please enlighten me.
