Poh,
I suggest that you search through the Technet Archives on the topic. This
has been discussed ad naseum in the past. Seems to come up at least once a
quarter.

Hi Again,

As far as I understand ionic contamination level check is more of cleaning
process. Can it be used for no-clean, and what if the measured level is
more than 10 ug per sq. inch. ?

Somesone help to advise.

Thanks.

Poh
