Two excellent articles on the web (somewhere) 'Annotated Tin Whisker Bibliography, Dr George T Galyon (IBM Server group) ie whiskers caused by compression
forces ... and 'No Clean and Lead Free', Dr Helmut, ZESTRON (www.zestron.com) ie dendrite growths with Ag rich solders.
