Hi Jorge,

I have one right in front of me, hehehe.... The one we have is with the
PhotonDynamics logo, from CR Tech, and the name on it is Superior X-Ray
2000. So I assume we're talking about the same machine.

It is not in-line and it cannot be adapted for in-line. The programming
capabilities are also limited, from what I know, although you might teach
reference images and have subsequent BGAs compared. In case you need further
info I could put you in contact with the person in charge of the machine, so
don't hesitate to call me.
