The outlines of the tutorials I offer are given in my website. I still would
recommend getting copies of IPC-TR-579 and IPC-D-279, there is a lot of good
information in them. The PTH/PTV tutorial discusses the material in these IPC
documents but has a lot of other information.  The
decision making engineers should have a good understanding of the underlying
issues, not just a "RED flag awareness."
