You can get them from Contact East. They do not show them in their catalog, but I have purchased straps from them. I think I paid about a $1.00 each and bought in quantities of 100 pcs.

Are you just needed basic, simple velcro??? then try Home Depot. Try glueing
them on with hot glue or epoxy...they sell that in pretty large rolls too...
