Hi Graham,

I was just looking for the same info earlier this week. We've done some
0402's but only on small batches and with shapes that certainly weren't
optimized, and now we're getting more serious with it. I checked several
sources, and the best that I could find came to me via my own website
(typing "0402" in the search engine of http://www.smtinfo.net), especially
Kemet's bulletin http://www.xs4all.nl/~tersted/PDF_files/Kemet/f2100e.pdf
which is based on IPC-rules.
Hope this provides a starting point.
