Good day TechNet!
We are about to embark on our first adventure in using 0402 resistors.  Can anyone advise their preferred pad size to use with these little guys?  We are about to do the formal design placement, so the pad size will soon be locked in for better or worse.  

Thanks!  Wish I was at Apex, I'm still waiting for spring, and we had 10cm of rain on Monday...  (4 inches)
